Vi søger en autoriseret sygeplejerske til Rosenkildevej 85, et kommunalt botilbud efter § 108 under enhed for handicap i Slagelse Kommune. Her bor 15 borgere fordelt i 5 levegrupper. Målgruppen er borgere med fysiske og psykiske funktionsnedsættelser samt autisme spektrum forstyrrelser. Borgerne kan have en udadreagerende adfærd.

Vi arbejder i borgernes eget hjem og har etiske drøftelser om, hvordan vi bedst understøtter borgernes selvbestemmelse og mestring. Vores tilgang bygger på Slagelse Kommunes socialstrategi, hvor vi har fokus på at styrke borgernes selvstændighed og ejerskab i eget liv.

Sygeplejerskens ansvarsområder:

  • Overordnet ansvar for sygeplejen og sundhedsindsatser
  • Korrekt håndtering og opfølgning på medicin (FMK)
  • Sygeplejefaglig ledelse og koordinering
  • Dokumentation og systematisk gennemgang af sundhedsfaglige indsatser
  • Supervision og undervisning af kollegaer
  • Implementering af sundhedsfaglig viden og udvikling af praksis
  • Forebyggelse og håndtering af utilsigtede hændelser (UTH)

Arbejdstid

  • 37 timer pr. uge
  • Mandag til fredag, arbejde på helligdage kan også forekomme
  • Borgerarbejde mellem kl. 7:00 til 10:00
  • Sygeplejefaglige opgaver resten af dagen

Du bliver en del af et sundhedsfagligt team på Rosenkildevej 85 og indgår i sundhedsfaglig sparring med Rosenkildevej 65A.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår Ansættelse sker på Overenskomst for syge- og sundhedsplejersker, ernæringsassistenter, professionsbachelorer i ernæring og sundhed, farmakonomer, tandplejere m.fl., indgået mellem KL og Sundhedskartellet. Startlønnen forventes at tage udgangspunkt i indplacering som sygeplejerske på grundlønstrin 4-8. Indplacering afhænger bl.a. af blandt andet anciennitet og kvalifikationer. Intervallet for startlønnen udgør således 29.889,62 - 36.580,40 kr./md. ekskl. pension.

Herudover er der mulighed for tildeling af tillæg i forbindelse med forhandling af individuelle på baggrund af relevante kompetencer jf. Fællesaftale om lokal løndannelse.
