En esta posición, tendrás la responsabilidad de liderar y coordinar las operaciones en Tienda Iquique

Buscamos a alguien apasionado por el área de Comercial, Ventas y Negocios, con habilidades para gestionar un equipo y alcanzar objetivos de ventas.

Como Jefe de Tienda, tendrás la tarea de asegurar un excelente ambiente de atención al cliente, supervisar el stock de productos, y colaborar en la implementación de estrategias comerciales para aumentar las ventas. Además, serás el encargado de motivar al equipo, garantizando su desarrollo y compromiso con los valores de la empresa.

Es fundamental que cuentes con experiencia previa en posiciones similares. Valoramos la proactividad, la capacidad de resolución de problemas, y la orientación al cliente.

Algunas de sus funciones serán:

- Gestionar el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas para la tienda a cargo, proponiendo la implementación de acciones que apoyen el logro de objetivos.

- Realizar una correcta atención y servicio al cliente, garantizando una experiencia de servicio según los estándares fijados por la organización.

- Gestionar y desarrollar el equipo de trabajo bajo su dependencia

- Control de inventario de la tienda.

- Asegurar el adecuado funcionamiento de la tienda bajo su responsabilidad.

- Realizar el cierre de caja y los depósitos diarios de las ventas.
