Je komt terecht in een rol waar inspectie, analyse en digitale verwerking samenkomen, ondersteund door moderne tools en AI.

Wat je doet

Je bent actief betrokken bij de technische analyse en registratie van uiteenlopende vastgoedtypes:

  • Uitvoeren van inspecties bij woningen, appartementen, commerciële en industriële panden en landbouwgronden
  • Vastleggen en analyseren van bouwkundige elementen, materialen en installaties in een digitaal systeem
  • Opstellen van fotoreportages als basis voor waardebepaling en taxatie
  • Professioneel contact met eigenaars en bewoners, met duidelijke toelichting van je vaststellingen
  • Combinatie van terreinwerk in je regio en administratieve verwerking van thuis uit (vaak vanaf late namiddag)

  • Nauwkeurig, analytisch en zelfstandig in aanpak
  • Vlot in het Nederlands; met een voldoende kennis Frans
