Wat ga je doen?

Het team bestaat uit een 20-tal personen en zij staan klaar om jou te ontvangen en goed te begeleiden. De focus ligt op key accountmanagement van Oost-Vlaanderen en West-Vlaanderen en je krijgt zelf de vrijheid om jouw functie vorm te geven. Als commerciële luisteraar weet jij precies te achterhalen wat de klantbehoefte is en hoe je een passende oplossing kunt bieden. Je werkt nauw samen in het regionale team en kunt terugvallen op je collega's/ product specialisten om zo tot een optimale oplossing voor de klant te komen.

Verder:

  • Onderhoud je de contacten met de klanten, maar ook intern met product specialisten, planning en engineering afdelingen;
  • Adviseer je jouw klantenportefeuille over aangevraagde producten, prijzen, speciale verkoopacties en services en je houdt hen op de hoogte wat betreft leveringstermijnen en leveringscapaciteiten;
  • Je berekent de verkoopprijzen en maakt de offertes op;
  • Vervolgens zorg je voor de tijdige afhandeling van de offertes;
  • Deelnemen aan en bezoeken van vakbeurzen (occasioneel);
  • Tot slot zorg je ervoor dat je samen met je team de doelstellingen behaalt en je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Commercieel Directeur van België. Tegelijkertijd werk je ook nauw met hem samen

Wat breng je mee?

  • Sterke technische affiniteit (meer bepaald meet- en regeltechnieken)
  • Technische sales ervaring: Je beschikt over de juiste technische bagage, omdat je vaak te maken krijgt met complexe technische vraagstukken.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige commerciële drive, maar je kan ook goed luisteren
  • Team player
  • Je werkt klantgericht en relationeel
  • Daarnaast ben je sterk nauwkeurig en houd je je administratie goed bij
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en in het Engels. Waarbij Frans en Duits een pluspunt zijn
