Heb je ervaring met vastgoedacquisitie, aankooptransacties en projectontwikkeling en zoek je een omgeving waar je die expertise verder kunt inzetten?

Voor een gevestigde, kapitaalkrachtige vastgoedgroep zoeken we een commercieel sterke vastgoedprofessional die nieuwe ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden identificeert, het potentieel van locaties beoordeelt en acquisitiedossiers verder uitwerkt richting aankoop.

Een inhoudelijke en commerciële rol met ruimte voor initiatief, verantwoordelijkheid en rechtstreekse impact op toekomstige vastgoedprojecten.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw rol

Je speelt een actieve rol in het commerciële en analytische voortraject van nieuwe residentiële vastgoedontwikkelingen.

  • Acquisitie: interessante projectgronden, afbraakpanden en ontwikkelingslocaties identificeren via marktkennis, gericht onderzoek en je netwerk.
  • Analyse: locaties beoordelen op ontwikkelingspotentieel, stedenbouwkundige mogelijkheden en financiële haalbaarheid.
  • Commerciële contacten: relaties met eigenaars en vastgoedprofessionals uitbouwen, nieuwe opportuniteiten creëren en commerciële gesprekken voeren.
  • Aankooptrajecten: acquisitiedossiers beheren en verder uitwerken, gesprekken met eigenaars voeren en onderhandelingen begeleiden in nauwe afstemming met de CEO.

De functie combineert vastgoedonderzoek en dossierwerk met commerciële contacten, voornamelijk vanuit kantoor en aangevuld met gerichte externe afspraken.

Jouw achtergrond

We zoeken een vastgoedprofessional met aantoonbare ervaring in acquisitie of aankooptransacties en inzicht in projectontwikkeling.

Bij voorkeur opgedaan bij een vastgoedontwikkelaar of vanuit een consultancy- of expansiefunctie waarin grondverwerving en vastgoedtransacties centraal staan.

Wat telt:

  • Ervaring met vastgoedacquisitie, grondverwerving of het begeleiden van aankooptransacties.
  • Bachelor- of masterniveau in vastgoed, bouwkunde, economie, rechten of een aanverwante richting, of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Commercieel inzicht en kennis van vastgoedwaarde, ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en financiële haalbaarheid.
  • Analytisch vermogen, onderhandelingsvaardigheden en een ondernemende ingesteldheid.
