Sales Recruiter IT

Je houdt van mensen, van een deal sluiten en van resultaat zien. Bij StarApple leer je het vak van IT-recruitment van de basis af als Sales Recruiter. Je werkt in een duo met een vaste collega en bouwt aan je eigen klanten, je eigen netwerk en je eigen carrière. Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben. Een commerciële instelling is genoeg.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in een gespecialiseerd team binnen één van onze IT-domeinen: Software Development, Data & AI, Cloud of Security. In een typische week:

  • bel en spreek je IT-professionals, begrijp je wat ze willen en adviseer je over hun volgende stap
  • ga je in gesprek met opdrachtgevers, ontdek je hun vraag en bouw je aan een relatie
  • zoek je actief naar de beste match en begeleid je het proces tot de plaatsing
  • volg je de IT-arbeidsmarkt en adviseer je klanten over wat er speelt

Hoe werkt het duo?

Je werkt samen met een vaste collega als zakelijk kennispartner. Jullie vullen elkaar aan, delen kennis en zijn samen verantwoordelijk voor het hele recruitmentproces. De één richt zich op de klantkant (relaties, accountmanagement, nieuwe kansen), de ander op de kandidaatkant (vinden, spreken, begeleiden). Je start in de kant die het best bij jou past. Daarna leer je ook de andere kant en groei je door naar Recruitment Consultant, een volwaardige 360°-rol. [Noem hier een realistische termijn, bijvoorbeeld "binnen circa X jaar".]

  • Een salaris van €2.800 tot €4.000 bruto per maand (40 uur), afhankelijk van ervaring
  • 32 tot 40 uur per week
