1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but most providers don't accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway’s mission is to fix this by building a new mental healthcare system everyone can access. We started by solving the biggest barrier to care: insurance. The admin work - credentialing, claims, payment reconciliation - is a nightmare. We've automated that.

But we're going further. Over 75,000 providers across all 50 states run their practice on our software, serving over 1 million patients. We are building the best tools for therapists to run their entire practice, reimagining the experience of finding a therapist, and investing in the platform foundations to enable this at scale. ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE

The Provider Growth Marketing team drives acquisition of high-quality providers into Headway's network. They operate across paid and organic channels and own channel, campaign, segmentation, and creative strategy. We're hiring a Marketing Director to lead the team and scale our marketing to be a highly-efficient profit driver across segments and channels. The role reports to the Head of Provider Growth and will be part of the growth leadership team across marketing, product, sales, and operations.

YOU WILL

- Drive growth in Headway's provider base and revenue will improving mix and channel metrics to reduce CAC over time

- Own and scale the channel portfolio -paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, and more - testing new channels, strategies, and campaigns to drive new growth

- Hire, coach, and manage the team who run these channels to build their skills and careers

- Drive how we segment and de-average our approach to acquisition and shift toward a more value-based framework

- Reset how we measure our performance

- Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and R&D to align on the right growth goals

YOU'D BE A GREAT FIT IF…

- You've personally driven real business growth by leading a marketing organization using multiple channels (SEM, social, organic, lifecycle, referral, etc) at a company with an acquisition machine as large or larger than Headway's

- You have a track record of launching impactful new channels, strategies, and rapid experimentation

- You're fluent in the rapidly evolving states of both SEM/paid social and organic demand generation

- You have experience with multiple approaches to paid acquisition (e.g. CPA, TRoAS, etc) and can be a thought leader for how Headway's approach should evolve

- You're opinionated about how performance marketing should be measured and can drive our approach to evolve

- You've hired, developed, and managed channel managers and ICs and have grown the careers of your people

- You have a track record of collaborating with finance, R&D, and sales, and can be a part of upleveling our practice
