Healey Brothers Cadillac is seeking a versatile, highly motivated Bilingual Assistant to Sales and Business Manager to join our premier luxury dealership team in Newburgh, NY. This dynamic role requires professional fluency in both English and Spanish to support both our active sales floor and our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department.

In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between vehicle sales, client hospitality, and financial compliance. You will assist our Sales Managers and Business Managers by guiding a diverse, high-end clientele from their initial vehicle selection through to the final financing paperwork, ensuring an inclusive, streamlined, and premium luxury experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Bilingual Client Support: Serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking guests, translating sales negotiations, vehicle features, and complex financing/leasing terms clearly and accurately.
  • Support Sales Operations: Assist Sales Managers with client check-ins, organizing showroom floor workflows, updating inventory logs, and tracking active customer leads.
  • Process Transaction Paperwork: Gather necessary documentation, prepare vehicle deal jackets, and complete initial purchase or lease contracts for new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Coordinate Financing Approvals: Assist the Business Manager by inputting client credit applications into lender portals and helping secure competitive financing terms.
  • Present Protection Products: Educate clients in their preferred language on available F&I products, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and specialized luxury protection packages.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure all paperwork strictly adheres to local, state, and federal regulations, tax structures, and DMV filing requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive retail, customer service, sales, or dealership administration.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) like CDK, CRM software, and finance menu systems is a strong plus.
  • Adaptability & Drive: High energy with the ability to fluidly shift tasks between desk administration and active client-facing sales floor assistance.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills to prevent errors on high-stakes sales and financial documentation.
  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain a luxury-standard professional appearance and demeanor to match the Cadillac brand expectations.
