Om stillingen

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver bliver psykoterapeutiske samtaleforløb med individuelle klienter – særligt unge med angst eller depression. Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med vores Care Team, som vil stå for meget af det administrative arbejde, så du kan bruge din tid på det, du er bedst til, klienterne

Udover dette vil din dagligdag bestå af:

  • Klinisk sparring med Care Team omkring komplekse eller akutte klientsager
  • Være med til at videreudvikle det faglige grundlag for vores matching – kriterierne for, hvad der skaber et godt match mellem klient og psykolog
  • Bidrage til fagligt indhold (fx artikler, guides og spørgeskemaer) om mental sundhed til klienter og psykologer
  • Sikre at platform og kommunikation lever op til fagetiske retningslinjer og gældende lovgivning
  • Løbende dialog med psykologer i netværket om faglige emner, feedback og udvikling

Stillingen passer særligt godt til dig, som

  • Ønsker at arbejde primært med samtaleterapi i klinisk praksis
  • Værdsætter gode faglige rammer, ro omkring arbejdet og tid til den enkelte klient
  • Ønsker løbende faglig udvikling gennem supervision og efteruddannelse
  • Trives med selvstændigt behandlingsansvar

Om dig

Vi forventer, at du:

  • Er uddannet klinisk psykolog
  • Har solid interesse for psykoterapeutisk behandlingsarbejde
  • Meget gerne har erfaring med unge
  • Du taler dansk

Har du flere års erfaring, får du naturligvis mulighed for at bringe dine kompetencer i spil.

Det praktiske

  • 30-37 timer ugentligt (fuldtid eller deltid)
  • Forskellige lokationer i hele Region Syd
  • Opstart: snarest muligt eller efter nærmere aftale
