CARGO: RECEPCIONISTA DE CLÍNICA ODONTOLÓGICA

Principais atividades e responsabilidades:

  • Atendimento presencial e por telefone/WhatsApp aos pacientes.
  • Cadastro e atualização de dados dos pacientes.
  • Gestão da agenda dos dentistas.
  • Agendamento, confirmação, remarcação e cancelamento de consultas.
  • Organização e controle dos horários de atendimento.
  • Realização de recebimentos e registro dos pagamentos.
  • Fechamento diário de caixa e conferência dos valores recebidos.
  • Emissão de notas fiscais.
  • Organização de documentos e informações administrativas.
  • Utilização dos sistemas de gestão da clínica.
  • Manutenção da organização da recepção.
  • Atendimento cordial e humanizado aos pacientes.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência anterior em funções de recepção ou atendimento ao público.
  • Experiência com recebimentos e fechamento de caixa.
  • Conhecimento básico em informática e sistemas de gestão.

Diferencial:

  • Experiência prévia em clínica odontológica.
