Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Home Health | $10K Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time / Per Diem | San Francisco, CA $54.81–$64.90/hour (approx. $114K–$135K annually full-time) | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Full-time means a full-time paycheck. Our therapists are paid hourly for their scheduled hours, including drive time and documentation. No per-visit pay, no unpaid charting, and a growing patient census that keeps your schedule steady.

For over 20 years, we've served the Bay Area with a focus on clinical quality, strong systems, and a collaborative culture. We're growing our San Francisco team and looking for a PTA who wants meaningful work, modern tools, and a team that's truly there for them.

You'll see patients across SF's neighborhoods, from the Sunset and Richmond to the Mission and beyond, with a territory designed to minimize drive time and keep your day manageable.

Compensation & Benefits

Your Role

- Provide skilled treatment under PT supervision, including gait training, therapeutic exercise, balance and fall prevention, and neuromuscular re-education - Carry out individualized plans of care to improve mobility, function, and safety in the home - Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, assistive devices, and home safety - Communicate patient progress and changes to your supervising PT and the care team - Complete documentation using AI-assisted tools

Requirements

- Current California PTA license (required) - Valid California driver's license with a clean record (required) - Home health experience preferred. Strong outpatient, SNF, or hospital PTAs are encouraged to apply, and we'll provide home health orientation - Ability to travel regularly within San Francisco County

Schedule

- Full-time or per diem - Monday through Friday, weekend availability a plus - Flexible start times - Direct hire position, not a contract role
