Location: Balestier Road Clinic: Healthify Medical Family Clinic

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:10am - 12:30pm; 2:00pm - 6pm

Saturday: 8:10am - 12:30pm

Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed

About Us: Healthify Medical Family Clinic is on an exciting journey! Building on our trusted reputation in family medicine, we are expanding our services to include premier aesthetic treatments like Pico Laser, HIFU and injectables. We are a patient-centric clinic where care, trust, and professionalism come first. We're looking for a like-minded individual to join our close-knit team and help us through this beautiful new chapter.

Your Role: You will be the heart of our new aesthetic wing, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support to both our doctors and patients. Your experience will be key in helping us deliver safe, professional, and caring aesthetic services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

a. Patient Experience:

Be the warm, professional first point of contact. Handle walk-in and phone enquiries, patient registration, and post-treatment care instructions.

b. Clinical Support:

Assist the doctor during aesthetic procedures (Pico Laser, HIFU, injectables, etc.), including chaperoning, room preparation, and infection control (wiping down, PPE management).

c. Treatment & Operations:

Perform basic aesthetic therapist duties as trained. Dispense skincare/products and medications. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

d. Administration:

Handle payments, claims, and basic data entry. Assist with stock taking, monitoring, and ordering for aesthetic supplies.

e. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our medical team to ensure seamless clinic operations and uphold our high standards of service and hygiene.

Requirement:

a. Experience:

At least 2 years of experience as a Clinic Assistant in a medical aesthetic clinic or dermatology setting. Experience in both a GP/family clinic AND an aesthetic clinic is ideal. Higher position may be offered to very experienced candidate.

b. Skills:

Meticulous, service-oriented, and a true team player. Able to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

c. Qualifications:

GCE 'N' Level and above. Computer-literate (clinic software, basic MS Office).

d. Languages:

Able to speak English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with our diverse patient base.

e. Attitude:

Proactive, professional, and carries a genuine spirit of service. A fast learner who takes pride in their work.
