Healthmark Services, Inc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team in Malvern, AR. The ideal candidate will oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our facility’s equipment and infrastructure. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage a team, coordinate maintenance schedules, and implement best practices to support our company’s mission and operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure minimal disruptions to operations.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, inventory of parts, and vendor relationships for equipment repairs and services.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, reports, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance management or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software and computerized maintenance systems (CMMS).
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to address operational requirements.
