  • Design, implement, and support cloud-native solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize cloud and on-premises infrastructure for reliability, availability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Configure and support cloud networking including virtual networks, routing, load balancing, VPN connectivity, DNS, firewalls, and security controls.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems, application services, certificates, logging, system performance, access controls, and patch management.
  • Develop, configure, and support enterprise application platforms, middleware, and application services.
  • Manage application deployment, maintenance, upgrades, patching, rollback, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing, code quality, security scanning, infrastructure provisioning, and application deployments.
  • Develop, deploy, and support containerized applications using industry-standard container technologies, registries, and orchestration platforms.
  • Create reusable automation, deployment templates, and self-service platform capabilities that improve software engineering productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve automation, software quality, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational efficiency while adhering to organizational security standards.
  • Implement DevOps and DevSecOps best practices, including infrastructure automation, observability, identity and access management, secrets management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance automation.
  • Implement monitoring, centralized logging, alerting, dashboards, and observability solutions to improve application health and operational visibility.
  • Analyze system performance, utilization, capacity, and cloud costs, implementing improvements to optimize platform performance.
  • Collaborate with software engineering, quality assurance, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
  • Participate in solution architecture, infrastructure planning, incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize open-source technologies, APIs, SDKs, and scripting to develop automation and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Document architecture, operational procedures, standards, and runbooks to establish repeatable and supportable practices.
  • Provide responsive support for production systems, including participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Interact professionally with employees, vendors, and clients while effectively managing priorities and meeting established deadlines.
  • Follow CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing DevOps and DevSecOps practices including infrastructure automation, monitoring, logging, identity and access management, secrets management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident response using cloud-native or third-party monitoring platforms.
  • Working knowledge of audit and compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS or comparable regulatory standards.
  • Experience working within Agile software development methodologies and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, technical documentation, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
