Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy)

Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with children to help them learn new skills.
  • Follow individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision.
  • Track progress and record session data.
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Work with families and the clinical team to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to commit to at least six months

Important Details

  • All positions start part-time.
  • Services take place in clients’ homes or community settings.
  • Completion of the required 40-hour RBT training course is mandatory.
  • No prior experience is necessary!
