Your Role:

  • Deliver engaging, one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based techniques to inspire and motivate clients.
  • Accurately document session data using electronic devices, ensuring every achievement is tracked and celebrated.
  • Become a vital member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans with dedication and care.
  • Collaborate closely with families and providers to maximize treatment effectiveness and support each child’s journey.
  • Foster a positive and enriching learning environment for clients while maintaining precise session records.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with a passion for making a difference.
  • Skills: Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
  • Language Requirement: Mandarin-speaking skills are essential for effective communication with our diverse clients.
