Binnen BAVET staat een geweldige klantervaring centraal. Als Zaalverantwoordelijke ben jij dé hospitality hero bij uitstek en neem je de leiding in de zaal gedurende de service. Samen met het team waak je over de perfecte ‘saucy’ customer experience voor iedere klant. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles operationeel vlot verloopt en bent het aanspreekpunt voor Zaalmedewerkers, Studenten, Extra’s & Flexi’s.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die de nodige aandacht besteed aan het creëren van een aangename en toch productieve werkomgeving voor je team. Efficiëntie, kwaliteit & netheid zijn hierbij cruciaal 💥
  • Je volgt nieuwe jobstudenten en zaalmedewerkers op en stuurt hen aan waar nodig 🤝
  • Je houdt de stock nauw in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat de voorraad op elk moment voldoende is ✅
  • Elke dag leer je bij en werk je aan verbetering. De BAVET-omgeving is continu in ontwikkeling, je dagelijkse doel is dan ook om het een beetje beter te doen dan de dag ervoor! 😇
  • Je bent een geboren host & teamplayer !
  • Je beschikt over voorgaande horeca-ervaring
  • Je bent enthousiast, dynamisch & positief ingesteld
  • Je beschikt over een stevige dosis people skills, bent sociaal & hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Stress geeft je vlinders en vormt alles behalve een probleem voor jou, door je georganiseerde & gestructureerde mindset kan je alles in goede banen leiden
