Jeugdverpleegkundige 12-18 jaar | 24 uur per week

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als jeugdverpleegkundige 12-18 jaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van preventieve zorg op het voortgezet onderwijs. Binnen deze scholen voert de GGD voor de overheid basistaken uit om de jongeren zo gezond en gelukkig mogelijk te laten opgroeien. Als jeugdverpleegkundige heb je op jouw middelbare scholen de verantwoordelijkheid voor screening, advisering, samenwerking met en verwijzing naar andere instanties. We werken daarbij steeds meer met digitale middelen. Kortom, een superleuke uitdagende functie, waarin vooral het contact met de jongeren zelf een grote rol speelt.

Jouw werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden bestaan o.a. uit:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief gezondheidsonderzoek (met aandacht voor zowel psychosociale en als lichamelijke ontwikkeling) bij leerlingen in de onderbouw en bovenbouw van middelbare scholen in de regio
  • Consultatie en begeleiding bij ziekteverzuim
  • Het geven van (klassikale) voorlichting aan jongeren en hun ouders
  • Het bieden van kortdurende extra zorg contacten en het verwijzen naar (jeugd)zorgpartners

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Diploma Hbo-V of MGZ én natuurlijk een geldige BIG-registratie, of Mbo-V met kinderaantekening en minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Ervaring binnen het JGZ vakgebied is een pre of je bent bereid om via scholing/training je daarin verder te ontwikkelen
  • Ervaring of aantoonbare affiniteit met de leeftijdsgroep en hun ouders
  • Je vindt het leuk om voorlichting in de klas te geven en bijeenkomsten te organiseren/li>
  • Zowel solistisch als in teamverband te werken is voor jou geen probleem
  • Je bent communicatief sterk; zowel op individueel als op groepsniveau maar ook richting andere disciplines ben je een goede gesprekspartner
  • Je bent flexibel qua inzetbaarheid.

WAT BIEDEN WIJ?

  • Je salaris ligt (fulltime gebaseerd op 36-urige werkweek) tussen minimaal € 3.568,- bruto per maand met een uitloop tot maximaal € 5.096,- bruto per maand (schaal 9);
  • Daarnaast ontvang je 17,05% Individueel Keuze Budget (waaronder 8% vakantiegeld, 7,55% eindejaarsuitkering en 1,5% overig) voor extra verlof, opleidingen of een fiets of je laat het als extra inkomen uitbetalen op een moment dat het jou uitkomt.
  • Hecht volgt de cao Samenwerkende Gemeentelijke Organisaties (SGO) en heeft een aantrekkelijk pakket aan secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder de ABP-pensioenregeling.
  • Een afwisselende baan binnen een informele, en maatschappelijke organisatie die zich inzet voor de openbare gezondheidszorg.
