The posting

Vanaf 1 januari 2026 doen we het anders: geen groepsvaccinaties voor kinderen en jongeren meer in (sport)hallen, maar dichtbij huis, op de vertrouwde CJG-locaties in de regio. Toegankelijk, deskundig en persoonlijk. Dát is waar we voor staan. En jij kunt daar een belangrijke rol in spelen!

Ben jij doktersassistent? Dan is dit jouw kans om bij te dragen aan deze vernieuwde aanpak binnen het Rijksvaccinatieprogramma (RVP). Samen zorgen we voor een veilige, prettige en professionele vaccinatie-ervaring voor kinderen, jongeren en hun ouders. Kom jij ons vaccinatieteam ondersteunen?

Wat ga je doen?

Je komt terecht in een leuk, afwisselend team van bevlogen collega’s. De vaccinatiesessies vinden plaats in een dynamische omgeving. Je weet nooit precies wat een vaccinatiesessie brengt. De middag varieert van rustige momenten tot heel druk en van leuke interacties met kinderen tot bezorgde en soms boze ouders en kinderen die het vaccineren spannend vinden. Wat wel duidelijk is: aan het einde van de dag kijkt het team vol trots op de prestatie die het weer heeft neergezet.

Wat breng je mee?

Of je nu vaccineert, voorbereidt of ondersteunt in de administratie, jouw inzet is onmisbaar. Herken jij jezelf in het volgende?

  • Je bent een gediplomeerd doktersassistent (mbo-4);
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 2 tot 3 dagdelen per week (8 tot 12 uur per week);
  • Je hebt ervaring met vaccineren, voorbereiden of registreren, of je staat open om dit te leren;
  • Je krijgt energie van werken in een dynamische omgeving, je bewaart de rust en het overzicht, werkt proactief en snel, en je schakelt eenvoudig tussen verschillende rollen;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar op verschillende CJG-locaties;
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer.

Wat bieden wij?

Je komt bij Hecht te werken in een afwisselende en zelfstandige functie binnen een dynamische omgeving, Hiernaast kun je rekenen op:

  • Een jaarcontract. Hierna bespreken we graag de mogelijkheden om te verlengen;
  • Je salaris is afhankelijk van opleiding ervaring minimaal € 2.596,- en maximaal € 3.743,- (functieschaal 6) bij een werkweek van 36 uur;
  • Daarnaast ontvang je 17,05% Individueel Keuze Budget om bijv. extra verlof, opleidingen aanschaf fiets mee te financieren of je laat het als extra inkomen uitbetalen op een moment dat het jou uitkomt;
  • Hecht volgt de cao Samenwerkende Gemeentelijke Organisaties (SGO) en heeft een aantrekkelijk pakket aan secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals Collectiviteitskorting (o.a. arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering, woon-, autoverzekering), kortingen op uitstapjes en een gunstige ABP pensioenregeling.
