Wij zijn voor de locaties van de GGD Hollands Midden in Leiden en Gouda (oproep) per direct op zoek naar een flexibele

Receptionist(e)

voor 8 uur per week op vrijdag (locatie Leiden) en op maandagmiddag op oproepbasis (locatie Gouda)

Tijdelijk tot 1 juni 2027

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Je zorgt voor een hartelijk welkom van bezoekers en zorg je ervoor dat bezoekers aangemeld worden. Ook verricht je diverse administratieve ondersteunende werkzaamheden. Een leuke afwisselende functie bij een organisatie die continue in beweging is en bezig is met allerlei nieuwe ontwikkelingen!

Het betreft een tijdelijke baan tot 1 juni 2027 voor 8 uur vast op vrijdag op onze locatie in Leiden. Daarnaast kun je op oproepbasis ingezet worden op maandagmiddag op onze locatie in Gouda. Dat laatste doe je vanuit een flexpool met 3 collega’s.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Minimaal mbo-2 werk- en denkniveau
  • Je hebt daarnaast minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie of in de hospitality
  • Je hebt een fijne en duidelijke telefoonstem en bent behulpzaam
  • Je bent representatief en het visitekaartje voor onze organisatie
  • Je bent klantgericht, accuraat en geduldig
  • Je bent bereid om op de GGD locaties in Leiden (op vrijdag) en Gouda (maandagmiddag). Onze locaties zijn goed bereikbaar met OV.

Een leuke flexibele baan om eventueel te combineren met jouw andere werkzaamheden of een opleiding/studie die je momenteel volgt!

WAT BIEDEN WIJ?

Je komt terecht op een werkplek in een enthousiast, informeel en gezellig team, waar samenwerken voorop staat. En verder:

  • Een salaris, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, van maximaal € 3.418,- (schaal 4 cao SGO) op basis van een 36-urige werkweek. Salarispeil 1-7-2026. Per 1 januari 2027 stijgen de salarissen.
  • Daarnaast ontvang je 17,05% Individueel Keuze Budget (waaronder 8% vakantiegeld, 7,55% eindejaarsuitkering en 1,5% overig) voor extra verlof, opleidingen of een fiets of je laat het als extra inkomen uitbetalen op een moment dat het jou uitkomt.
  • Hecht volgt de cao Samenwerkende Gemeentelijke Organisaties (SGO) met een aantrekkelijk pakket aan secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder collectiviteitskortingen (o.a. op je zorgverzekering) en de ABP-pensioenregeling (twee derde betaalt de werkgever)
  • een tijdelijk contract tot 1 juni 2027.

Naast de Centra voor Jeugd en Gezin (CJG’s) in de regio Hollands Midden, heeft de GGD drie regiokantoren in Leiden (hoofdlocatie), Alphen a/d Rijn en Gouda.
