Buscamos um(a) profissional para liderar a operação de fotografia em nossos parques, atrações e experiências de entretenimento, garantindo excelência na captura, produção e entrega de imagens que eternizem os momentos dos nossos convidados.

Essa pessoa será responsável por desenvolver a equipe, aprimorar processos, elevar a qualidade fotográfica e transformar a fotografia em parte da experiência mágica que oferecemos ao público.

  • Gerenciar a operação fotográfica das atrações, parques e experiências da Hector Studios.
  • Liderar, treinar e desenvolver fotógrafos e equipes de atendimento fotográfico.
  • Criar padrões de qualidade, linguagem visual e excelência no atendimento.
  • Desenvolver estratégias para aumentar a conversão e as vendas de fotografias e produtos relacionados.
  • Garantir uma experiência encantadora para o convidado durante a captura, seleção e compra das imagens.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, faturamento, conversão, produtividade e satisfação dos clientes.
  • Organizar escalas, dimensionamento de equipes e distribuição dos profissionais nos pontos de fotografia.
  • Padronizar fluxos de captura, edição, tratamento, armazenamento e entrega das imagens.
  • Identificar oportunidades de novos produtos fotográficos, experiências personalizadas e registros exclusivos.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com Marketing, Operações, Comercial e Experiência do Cliente. Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de marca, organização, segurança e privacidade dos convidados.
