Als Junior Calculator Nieuwbouw & Transformatie krijg je de kans om je te ontwikkelen tot een volwaardig calculator binnen onze klantgroep Wonen. Jij houdt van cijfers, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het leuk om mee te bouwen aan onze nieuwbouw- én transformatieprojecten. Of je nu al enige ervaring hebt, stage hebt gelopen in de bouw of net bent afgestudeerd: jouw leergierigheid en motivatie om te groeien zijn voor ons het belangrijkst.

Samen met ervaren collega’s zoals onze planontwikkelaars, calculators, kostendeskundigen en plancoördinatoren werk je aan de bouwkosten tijdens de ontwikkelfase van projecten. Zo geef je mede richting aan de financiële haalbaarheid en maak je projecten mogelijk waar mensen graag wonen. Je komt in een informeel en gezellig team te werken. Naast dat we voor het beste resultaat gaat, is er ook voldoende tijd voor een lolletje en gaan we regelmatig samen een activiteit ondernemen.

Waar jij aan meebouwt

In het voortraject werk je met het planontwikkelingsteam aan een passend plan binnen de uitgangspunten van de klant. Jij zorgt, natuurlijk met begeleiding van je collega’s, voor nauwkeurige kostencalculaties zodat iedereen weet waar het project financieel staat.

Je:

  • werkt mee aan het opstellen van kostencalculaties in de ontwerpfase;
  • signaleert wijzigingen en denkt mee over financiële consequenties;
  • draagt bij aan de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voor onze klanten;
  • werkt samen met partners zoals architecten, constructeurs en leveranciers om tot de juiste kostprijs te komen.

Bij Heembouw ga jij:

  • Onder begeleiding de klantvraag financieel uitwerken tot aan de aannemingsovereenkomst.
  • Leren hoe je tot een juiste kostprijs komt binnen nieuwbouw en transformatie.
  • Adviseren over kosten en haalbaarheid, stap voor stap met coaching van ervaren collega’s.
  • Externe partijen leren aansturen zoals strategische partners en leveranciers.

We nemen je mee in alle stappen van het vak en zorgen dat jij kunt doorgroeien tot zelfstandig calculator.

Klantgroep Wonen

Bij Wonen creëren we omgevingen waar bewoners zich écht thuis voelen. Dat doen we met: nieuwbouw van wooncomplexen,transformatie van leegstaande gebouwen, renovatie van bestaande woningen.

Met ruim 100 collega’s werk je samen aan projecten die er toe doen, met veel kennis en informele een fijne sfeer.

Deze rol past bij jou als jij:

  • al enige ervaring hebt met calculeren óf een relevante stage hebt gelopen binnen de bouw;
  • graag wilt leren hoe prijsvorming in de bouw werkt;
  • affiniteit hebt met bouwkunde, cijfers en kosten;
  • interesse hebt in BIM-modellen (ervaring is mooi meegenomen);
  • hbo-werk- en denkniveau hebt;
  • leergierig bent en graag wilt doorgroeien tot volwaardig calculator;
  • goed kunt samenwerken en niet bang bent om vragen te stellen.
