Fleetch possède une flotte de plusieurs centaines de véhicules qui sont concernés en VTC par des chauffeurs en location ou en Drive to Own (travaillé-payé). Nous possédons des véhicules Suzuki et une cinqquantaine de véhicules électriques.

La performance repose sur la disponibilité des véhicules, la rapidité d'exécution et la qualité des réparations.

Contexte

Nous recherchons un Terrain Commercial Performance VTC pour booster notre croissance. Ton rôle est de représenter Fleetch auprès des chauffeurs de la ville pour les convaincre de nous rejoindre en tant que partenaire de référence sur l'application Yango. Tu es le visage de Fleetch sur le terrain et ta mission est de faire grandir notre communauté de chauffeurs actifs.

Missions

- Acquisition Terrain : Aller à la rencontre des chauffeurs VTC pour leur présenter les avantages de rejoindre la flotte Fleetch sur Yango.

- Promotion des offres Fleetch : Valoriser nos atouts compétitifs (frais de service réduits, programmes de récompenses exclusifs et bonus de bienvenue).

- Accompagnement et Activation : Suivre le chauffeur dès son enregistrement pour s'assurer qu'il démarre son activité rapidement et avec succès.

- Suivi de la Performance : Fidéliser les chauffeurs en les encourageant à maintenir un haut niveau d'activité sur la plateforme partenaire.

- Reporting numérique : Utilisez votre téléphone et Google Sheets pour le suivi quotidien de vos prospects et de vos résultats de conversion.

Profil recherché

- Excellente relationnel et fibre commerciale : Tu es sociable et convaincant, tu as le contact facile et tu sais instaurer un climat de confiance rapidement avec les chauffeurs.

- Mentalité de gagnerur : Tu es motivé par les objectifs et le gain (variable déplafonné).

- Rigueur et organisation : Tu sais gérer tes listes de contacts et ton planning de prospection de manière autonome.

- Maitrise technique : Tu sais utiliser un smartphone, les applications de messagerie et Google Sheets pour ton suivi de travail.

Conditions

  • Au moins 4h de présence terrain obligatoires sur l'une des deux tranches suivantes : [5h-11h] ou [17h-21h] au choix + 1h de back-office au choix (terrain, bureau ou maison) dédiée aux relances téléphoniques des chauffeurs.
  • Rémunération variable déplafonnée (plus tu travailles, plus tu gagnes) : Bonus à l'activation du chauffeur et prime mensuelle basée sur le maintien de l'activité.
