Qui sommes-nous ?

Le 16 avril 2025, ZeWay a été placée en liquidation judiciaire. Heetch a repris les actifs et créé Sweetch pour continuer l'aventure.

Notre mission : (re)lancer et opérer un réseau de bornes d'échange de batteries pour scooters électriques en région parisienne. On repart de zéro — ce qui veut dire que chaque personne qui rejoint l'équipe contribue vraiment à construire quelque chose.

Rien de tout ça ne roule sans une équipe technique solide, capable de maintenir nos bornes en état, d'intervenir vite sur le terrain et d'améliorer nos process au fil du temps. C'est là que tu entres en jeu.

Tu rejoins l'équipe Opérations, au cœur des enjeux terrain. Un terrain de jeu concret, avec de vraies responsabilités dès le départ.

Tes missions

Maintenance et réparation des bornes Tu pars en intervention dans Paris pour diagnostiquer et réparer nos bornes d'échange de batteries. Tu cherches, tu testes, tu comprends ce qui cloche — et tu remets en service.

Interventions électriques sur site Une fois à l'aise, tu participeras à l'installation de nouvelles bornes chez nos partenaires. Les habilitations BT sont indispensables, on t'accompagne si besoin pour la suite.

Contribution à la structuration On construit nos process en même temps qu'on opère. Tu proposes des idées, des outils, des méthodes pour faire mieux et plus vite. Ton avis compte.

Ce job est fait pour toi si

Côté électrique

  • Tu as une habilitation Basse Tension (BT) — indispensable
  • Tu sais rechercher une panne, lire un schéma simple, utiliser un multimètre
  • Tu n'as pas peur d'ouvrir un boîtier pour comprendre ce qu'il se passe dedans

Côté pratique

  • Tu es à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (diagnostic, reporting)
  • Tu as le permis B — deux-roues apprécié pour les interventions
  • Tu parles français couramment
