  • Manage production scheduling and labor allocation to meet customer delivery requirements while optimizing throughput and minimizing scrap.
  • Oversee compounding of conductive elastomer formulations containing silver-plated aluminum, nickel-graphite, silver, or other conductive fillers.
  • Ensure adherence to documented process parameters including cure profiles, compression set targets, durometer specifications, and electrical conductivity requirements.
  • Exercise independent judgment in coordinating with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Tooling to establish priorities, resolve operational issues, and ensure efficient workflow and capacity utilization.

Technical Oversight

  • Maintain process control over compression molding, transfer molding, bonding processes, and die cutting operations.
  • Monitor and improve critical performance metrics including:
  • Volume resistivity / surface resistivity
  • Shielding effectiveness
  • Compression force deflection (CFD)
  • Tensile strength and elongation
  • Dimensional tolerances
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), tooling validation, and first article inspections.
  • Troubleshoot process deviations, curing inconsistencies, bonding failures, and material nonconformances.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 (if applicable) quality standards.
  • Maintain adherence to ESD control protocols and material traceability requirements.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to elastomer processing and assembly.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations related to polymer processing and conductive filler handling.

Continuous Improvement

  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve process capability (Cp/Cpk).
  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives related to scrap, cycle time, labor efficiency, and material utilization.
  • Develop standard work instructions and optimize labor allocation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
