We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Team!

You will be the front face of the organization as you greet incoming guests into our facility. This role is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week).

Reception Responsibilities -

  • Opening and closing of the reception front lobby
  • Greet visitors and announce their arrival to employees
  • Conduct security checks on visitors through Visual Compliance
  • Administer Internet access for visitors
  • Manage phones - Main SD phone line during work day & voicemails left before/after hours

Misc. Clerical Responsibilities -

  • Customer Surveys and other paperwork requests -- distribute/complete
  • Review Customer Service mailbox and distribute quotes/emails
  • Prepare invoices for mailing
  • Process outgoing mail
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Postage Machine
  • Electronic replenishment of funds for Postage machine (monthly)
  • Office Supplies -- purchase supplies, manage inventory and stocking
  • Forward Electronic invoices to specific Customers for Accounts Receivable
  • Assist HR with daily tasks

Physical Demands -

  • Position located in an office environment.
  • Regularly required to sit for long periods of time.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear.
  • Regular use of hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Occasionally required to walk up and down stairs.
