What You'll Be Doing

  • Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely using SAP and other company systems.
  • Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and support monthly reporting and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate with operations, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth business transactions.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to area operations while maintaining data integrity.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated capability in accounts payable processes, invoice management, and vendor relations.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Work Environment

  • Office-based role supporting multiple locations and operational teams.
  • Frequent interaction with employees, vendors, customers, and management.
  • Fast-paced environment requiring organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Regular use of computers, SAP, Microsoft Office applications, and other business systems.
