Deine Aufgaben

Du willst nach dem Studium oder mit erster Praxiserfahrung im Controlling nicht nur Zahlen aufbereiten, sondern verstehen, was dahintersteckt und wie daraus echte Entscheidungen entstehen? Dann komm in unser Controlling-Team. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du direkt mit dem Senior Controller zusammen und unterstützt bei Reporting, Planung, Forecasting und datengetriebenen Analysen im Konzernumfeld. Du bringst dich in modere Reporting-Strukturen ein, arbeitest mit Power BI und entwickelst mit uns Controlling-Prozesse weiter, inklusive KI-gestützter Anwendungsfälle.

Reporting & Controlling

  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung des monatlichen Management-Reportings für mehrere Gesellschaften
  • Du wirkst bei Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen mit
  • Du bereitest KPIs, Kennzahlen und Standardreports adressatengerecht auf
  • Du unterstützt Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse aus Controlling-Sicht
  • Du pflegst und entwickelst Reporting-Templates weiter

Vertriebscontrolling & Kalkulation

  • Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Vertriebscontrollings
  • Du arbeitest an Kalkulationen und Auswertungen für die Vertriebssteuerung mit
  • Du wirkst beim Aufbau einer Deckungsbeitragsrechnung im ERP- oder BI-Umfeld mit
  • Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung von Kalkulationsmodellen

Daten, Power BI & Analyse

  • Du arbeitest an Power-BI-Dashboards mit und entwickelst diese weiter
  • Du bereitest Daten aus DATEV und anderen Systemen auf und validierst sie
  • Du erstellst Ad-hoc-Analysen und Management-Auswertungen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung von KPI-Logiken und Reporting-Strukturen

Planung und Forecasting

  • Du unterstützt Budget- und Forecast-Prozesse
  • Du hilfst bei Cashflow- und Liquiditätsübersichten
  • Du pflegst Planungsmodelle in Excel und Power BI
  • Du wirkst bei Szenarioanalysen mit, zum Beispiel Best Case, Base Case und Downside

Finance Transformation & Digitalisierung

  • Du unterstützt bei der Automatisierung von Standardreports
  • Du bringst Interesse an digitalen Tools und modernen Technologien mit
  • Du arbeitest an ersten KI-gestützten Use Cases im Controlling mit, zum Beispiel bei Kommentierungen, Datenzusammenfassungen oder Forecast-Unterstützung
  • Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung datengetriebener Controlling- und Reportingprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbar
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Controlling, zum Beispiel durch Praktika, Werkstudierendentätigkeit oder erste Berufserfahrung
  • Gutes Verständnis für Finanzbuchhaltung und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Power BI oder Lust, dich schnell einzuarbeiten
  • Analytisches Denken, Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigenmotivation, Lernbereitschaft und Teamgeist
  • Interesse an digitalen Tools, Datenstrukturen und KI im Finance-Kontext
