  • Sie übernehmen die Kalkulation unserer Rohbauprojekte und prüfen die Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Neben der Organisation von Kalkulationsbesprechungen koordinieren Sie die Aufgaben im Team
  • Sie erstellen Leistungsverzeichnisse inklusive Mengenermittlung
  • Sie führen Preisanfragen durch, entwickeln Alternativangebote und setzen technische Optimierungen um, während Sie an Termin- und Zahlungsplänen mitwirken
  • Bei Nachtragsangeboten und Nachkalkulationen unterstützen Sie das Team und begleiten Auftragsverhandlungen mit Bauherren

Hier stimmt das Fundament - Ihr Profil:

  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Architektur oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich bzw. über langjährige Berufserfahrung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Sie haben mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Rohbauprojekten mit und verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein sicheres Auftreten zeichnen Sie aus
  • Zudem überzeugen Sie durch Organisationstalent, Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine kostenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office liegt Ihnen und Sie haben idealerweise Kenntnisse in RIB iTWO
