  • Clean, enrich, classify, and reconcile purchasing data, supplier invoices, catalog, contract, inventory, and material master data.
  • Identify savings opportunities through price variance analysis, supplier consolidation, demand aggregation, tail-spend analysis, specification alignment, and sourcing opportunity sizing.
  • Build item-level pricing benchmarks using supplier quotations, distributor catalogs, transaction history, RFP data, and market information.

  • Partner with maintenance and plant stakeholders to validate material usage, criticality, substitution potential, and site-specific requirements.
  • Develop supplier scorecards and track cost, quality, service, delivery, continuity, and contract-performance metrics.
  • Support strategic sourcing events by preparing baselines, supplier bid files, bid-comparison models, scenario analyses, award recommendations, and implementation tracking within the Ariba sourcing tool or other available tools.

  • Supporting a large, business-critical category by enabling analytics and visibility across hundreds of millions of dollars in MRO spend, supplier relationships, inventory management, and maintenance services that keep manufacturing operations running.
  • Creating the backbone of category strategy through data by transforming fragmented sourcing, supplier, inventory, and maintenance information enabling insights into supplier consolidation opportunities, inventory optimization, pricing transparency, and measurable savings delivery.

Expected Experience & Required Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
