Job Description

Objetivo: Liderar a operação de transportes de distribuição, transferências e coletas, assegurando capacidade, segurança, nível de serviço e competitividade de custos. A posição responde por decisões operacionais e táticas sobre priorização de cargas, contingências, gestão de transportadoras e captura de eficiências, com impacto direto em OTIF, custo logístico, disponibilidade de produtos e experiência do cliente. Atua com autonomia para diagnosticar desvios, definir planos de recuperação, negociar contramedidas com parceiros e conduzir projetos de melhoria dentro das políticas, contratos e orçamento aprovados.

Responsabilidades / Atividades: Gestão da operação: assegurar execução diária de distribuição, transferências e coletas; gerir capacidade, roteirização, programação, ocorrências críticas e planos de contingência.

Gestão de custos e orçamento: controlar fretes, custos extras, produtividade e provisões; validar desvios e estruturar ações sustentáveis de eficiência.

Gestão de transportadoras: definir governança de desempenho, conduzir reuniões de resultado, exigir planos de recuperação e apoiar contratação, homologação e revisão de escopo.

Planejamento e desenho da malha: recomendar rotas, modais, consolidação, frequência, capacidade e alternativas de atendimento com base em custo total e serviço.

Transformação e dados: liderar melhorias em TMS, visibilidade, torre de controle, automação e qualidade de dados para acelerar decisões e reduzir trabalho manual.

Governança, segurança e compliance: garantir aderência a contratos, políticas, requisitos fiscais, segurança viária, qualidade e rastreabilidade aplicáveis ao transporte.

Liderança e stakeholders: desenvolver a equipe, alinhar prioridades com CD, Customer Service, planejamento, atendimento, comercial, compras e finanças e comunicar riscos à liderança.

Requisitos: • Formação superior em Engenharia, Administração, Logística ou área correlata

• Experiência consistente em transportes de distribuição e transferências, com gestão de orçamento e fornecedores;

• Domínio de custos de frete, tabelas, adicionais, contratos, capacidade e indicadores de serviço ;

• Vivência com TMS, ferramentas de BI e análise de dados;

• Conhecimento de requisitos fiscais, segurança, qualidade e gestão de risco aplicáveis ao transporte;

• Experiência liderando projetos de otimização de malha ou produtividade;

• Inglês avançado.
