Mit einem starken Markenportfolio aus Kraft, Heinz und Just Spices im Rücken verantwortest du in der Region Freiburg nicht nur die Absatzsteuerung, sondern bist auch strategischer Sparringspartner und Ansprechpartner von Kraft Heinz für die Märkte in deinem Gebiet. Über die direkte Schnittstelle zur deutschen Zentrale in Düsseldorf bist du Teil eines bundesweiten Teams.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Steuerung der Märkte des definierten Einsatzgebietes
  • Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele sowie Bearbeitung aller zugeordneten Kunden aus dem Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
  • Durchführung nationaler und regionaler Aktionen am Point of Sale und zielgerichteter Einsatz von verkaufsfördernden Mitteln
  • Verantwortung für die Aussteuerung und den kontinuierlichen Ausbau der Distribution aller Kraft Heinz & Just Spices Produkte sowie für die Pflege und den Ausbau von Regalplätzen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen, z. B. im Rahmen von Zweitplatzierungen oder Promotioneinsätzen

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Einzel- oder Großhandel und/oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Handel (z. B. als Marktleiter oder Abteilungsleiter) oder im Außendienst der Konsumgüterindustrie
  • Verkaufstalent durch hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungssicherheit im täglichen Kontakt mit Kunden
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Basiswissen und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Handelskennziffern
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, erweiterte Grundkenntnisse in Englisch und entsprechendes Maß an Reisebereitschaft
