Over Kraft Heinz Utrecht

In onze karakteristieke fabriek in Utrecht produceren we enkele van Nederlands meest geliefde A-merken. Kraft Heinz wordt vaak geassocieerd met Heinz Ketchup, maar hier in Utrecht draait het om iconische merken als De Ruijter, Karvan Cévitam, Roosvicee, Venz en Brinta. Onze fabriek bestaat uit een interessante combinatie van traditionele en moderne productielijnen met verschillende technologieën en productieprocessen. Dit zorgt voor een uitdagende en afwisselende werkomgeving.

We zijn onderdeel van een wereldwijd bedrijf, maar er heerst in onze Utrechtse vestiging een familiaire sfeer. De organisatiestructuur is plat en toegankelijk, of je nu operator bent of manager, iedereen is benaderbaar. We zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste mensen die veranderingen en vernieuwingen omarmen, initiatief nemen en eigenaarschap tonen. Deze mentaliteit draagt bij aan onze positieve en informele werksfeer, waarbij iedereen met plezier naar werk kan. De locatie is goed bereikbaar: op slechts 15 minuten lopen van station Maarssen voor OV-reizigers, en voor wie met de auto of fiets komt, is er ruime parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein.

Omschrijving van de rol

Omdat we er ook in geloven om onze mensen door te blijven ontwikkelen is er op de locatie in Utrecht een vacature voor Teamleider ontstaan. In deze rol rapporteer je direct aan de Process Owner (Productie Manager) en als Teamleider stuur jij je eigen team aan. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de geplande productie met je team, welke je behaald op een veilige manier en volgens de vereiste kwaliteitsstandaarden. Jouw team helpt bij het signaleren en onderzoeken van afwijkingen en samen lossen jullie problemen proactief op. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van de werkprocessen in het toegewezen gebied en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de continue groei, ontwikkeling en opleiding van je team.

  • Dat je autonoom kunt werken en doelgericht beslissingen kunt nemen om het productieproces vlot te laten verlopen;
  • Draag je orde en netheid in een hoog vaandel;
  • Speel je een rol in allerhande projecten en verbeterinitiatieven;
  • Als Coach voor jouw team zorg je er voor dat jouw team blijft groeien qua technische kennis en kunde en qua werkhouding;
  • Je zorgt op geregelde tijden voor werkoverleg met je team;
  • Je hebt een actieve rol in de verzuimbegeleiding;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega Teamleiders en overige afdelingen.

  • Zoekt samenwerking, adviseert en bouwt relaties op met de medewerkers en de managers van de fabriek;
  • Communiceren & prioriteiten stellen kun je als geen ander;
  • Eigenaarschap en resultaatgerichtheid. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk en bent er op gebrand je doelen te halen;
  • Signaleren van wensen/behoeften uit de organisatie en actie ondernemen;
  • Stressbestendig.
  • Onderzoekend; bij afwijkingen wil echt weten wat er is gebeurd

Positie in de organisatie In deze functie zul je rapporteren aan de Process Owner

Specifieke opleiding, ervaring en talenkennis:

HBO werk- en denkniveau. Opleiding in de voedingsmiddelen- of procestechnologie is een pre. Relevante ervaring is een must.

Nederlandse taal machtig.
