Hauswart / Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt 80 \- 100% (alle)

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Büro\-, Gebäude\- und Umgebungsreinigung
  • Unterhalt des Betriebsareals sowie der dazugehörenden Maschinen und Einrichtungen
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparatur\- und Unterhaltsarbeiten an Gebäuden und Einrichtungen
  • Unterhalt und Bestückung unserer Selbstbedienungsautomaten
  • Winterdienst sowie Pflege der Aussenanlagen
  • Sicherstellung der Abfallentsorgung und des Recyclings
  • Mitverantwortung für die Ausbildung unseres Lernenden Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EBA/EFZund/oder als Gebäudereiniger EBA/EFZ zwingend
  • Führerschein Kat. B von Vorteil
  • Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Verschwiegenheit und einwandfreier Leumund
  • Gute Umgangsformen sowie Sozialkompetenz und Kontaktfreudigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsbereitschaft, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Selbstständigkeit
  • Körperliche Fitness
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
