Die HEKS Rechtsberatungsstellen bieten Asylsuchenden, Flüchtlingen und vorläufig Aufgenommenen rechtliche Beratung und Vertretung an.

Zur Prozessunterstützung suchen wir für unseren Standort in Zürich oder Lausanne per *1. Februar 2027 *oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und IT-affine Persönlichkeit als

Datenbankmanager:in, 30-60 %, im Stundenlohn

Das sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Begleitung der bevorstehenden Datenbankmigration
  • Einführung in die Datenbank, Schulungen für Anwender:innen
  • Pflege der Handbücher und Anleitungen (Wissensdokumentation)
  • Support der Datenbankanwender:innen bei technischen Problemen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Partner
  • Controlling der Datenbankeinträge
  • Pflege der internen und externen Schnittstellen
  • Monatliches Reporting zuhanden des Staatssekretariats für Migration
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Datenbank
  • Managen der Nutzer-Profile und Vornehmen einfacher Anpassungen an der Datenbank
  • Statistiken für Jahresberichte und Geldgeber

Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit:

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
  • Flair für Datenbanken und Zahlen
  • Exakte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Sozialkompetenzen
  • Flexibilität für höheres Pensum März-August 2026
  • Interesse am Asyl- und Migrationsbereich, Vorkenntnisse von Vorteil
