The posting

Als klantenadviseur in het Service Center ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt hen verder met vragen over hun ziekteverzekering, terugbetalingen en alle andere vragen waarvoor je bij je ziekenfonds terecht kan.

Je volgt geen strak script. Je luistert, denkt mee en zoekt naar oplossingen die écht passen bij de situatie van de klant. Dat maakt deze job inhoudelijk sterk en menselijk tegelijk.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en welzijn centraal staan - voor de klant én voor jou.

  • Jouw dag bestaat uit 90% telefonisch contact met klanten, zowel in het Nederlands, Frans als Engels.
  • Je helpt klanten verder door vragen te beantwoorden en oplossingen te zoeken op een efficiënte en doeltreffende manier, steeds met aandacht voor commerciële kansen.
  • Je krijgt de kans om jezelf te verdiepen in de wereld van ziekenfondsen en ziekteverzekeringen, zodat je klanten optimaal kunt adviseren.
  • Na elk gesprek registreer je alle informatie en opmerkingen optimaal in het klantendossier .
  • Je communiceert vlot, professioneel en met oprechte interesse in de klant.
  • Je blijft rustig en oplossingsgericht, ook bij complexere of emotionele vragen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in customer service, telefonie, klantenadvies of administratie, maar ook gemotiveerd jong talent met de juiste ingesteldheid is welkom.
  • Je leert graag bij en vindt het fijn om expertise op te bouwen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans.
  • Je bent voltijds beschikbaar en bereid om een grondige opleiding te volgen (na 1 jaar is 4/5e werken mogelijk).
  • Je werkt in een wisselend uurrooster tussen 8u en 17u30.
  • Je bent beschikbaar om op te starten begin januari 2027
