U cilju proširenja našeg tima tražimo više izvršitelja.

Ključni zadaci i odgovornosti:

  • Vođenje ugovora u elektroenergetici za realizaciju ugovorenih projekata
  • Organizacija gradilišta i planiranje resursa potrebnih za realizaciju ugovorenih projekata
  • Izrada i praćenje terminskih planova te koordinacija s ostalim izvođačima na projektu
  • Organizacija i nadzor izvođenja radova u skladu s ugovorom i projektnom dokumentacijom (kontrola rokova, kvalitete i troškova tijekom izvođenja radova)
  • Kontinuirano praćenje troškova gradilišta
  • Izrada i vođenje projektnih planova, građevinske knjige, građevinskog dnevnika, mjesečnih zapisnika, izvještaja i faktura
  • Koordinacija timova, izvođača i investitora te kontrola stupnja gotovosti radova vlastitih timova i podizvođača
  • Utvrđivanje dodatnih troškova nastalih tijekom izvođenja radova
  • Izrada izvještaja tijekom trajanja projekta i nakon završetka radova za potrebe investitora i poslodavca
  • Sudjelovanje u postupku tehničkog pregleda građevine
  • Spremnost na službena putovanja

Uvjeti koje trebaš zadovoljiti:

  • VŠS/VSS elektrotehničkog usmjerenja
  • Položen stručni ispit „Sudionik u gradnji“ (ili stečeni uvjeti za polaganje istog)
  • Poznavanja elektroenergetskih postrojenja i članstvo u HKIE
  • Iskustvo u vođenju projekata i gradilišta
  • Aktivno znanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu
  • Izražene komunikacijske i organizacijske vještine te sklonost timskom radu, proaktivnost te učinkovito upravljanje vremenom
  • Poznavanje rada u MS Office paketu i IT alatima
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
