The posting

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Produktstrategie, Content sowie unseren internen und externen Entwicklungsteams und hältst die Fäden über mehrere parallele Projekte zusammen. Wenn du einen Entwicklungshintergrund mitbringst, kannst du auch selbst Hand anlegen: von unseren Webauftritten über interne Automatisierungen bis zu den XML\-Pipelines hinter legalis.

Das bewegst du

  • Du planst und steuerst Software\- und Datenprojekte rund um legalis und unsere KI\-Produkte (elisa, Swiss\-Noxtua) – von der Konzeption bis zum Go\-live
  • Du übersetzt strategische Vorgaben in Anforderungen und Tickets und stimmst sie mit unseren externen Entwicklungsteams ab
  • Du verantwortest Priorisierung, Qualitätssicherung und Testing und bist Ansprechperson für den technischen Support (2nd Level)
  • Du leitest interne Digitalisierungs\- und Automatisierungsprojekte operativ – von der Einführung neuer Verlagssysteme bis zur Automatisierung von Administration und Reporting
  • Du entwickelst unsere Daten\- und Publikationspipelines (XML) konzeptionell weiter und gestaltest die Zukunft von legalis aktiv mit
  • In Kompetenzbereichen wie WordPress, HTML, XML und Newsletter\-Tools stärkst du unser Team, damit Wissen nicht an einzelnen Köpfen hängt

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Business Analyst, im technischen Projektmanagement oder in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Die Fähigkeit, Technisches verständlich zu erklären, ob im Entwicklungsteam oder im Verlag
  • Erfahrung darin, externe Entwicklungsteams zu steuern
  • Eine selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, Dinge anzupacken
  • Ein gutes technisches Verständnis für Datenstrukturen und Schnittstellen wie XML, SQL oder APIs
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch

Damit punktest du zusätzlich

  • Hintergrund in der Softwareentwicklung, etwa mit PHP, XSLT oder HTML
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit WordPress und XML\-Transformationen
  • Know\-how in Serverbetrieb und Infrastruktur
  • Erfahrung mit CRM\- und BI\-Tools wie Pipedrive oder Apache Superset
  • Erfahrung im Verlags\- oder Publishing\-Umfeld
  • Begeisterung für Legal Tech und KI – juristisches Vorwissen passt perfekt, ist aber keine Voraussetzung
