Für unseren Standort in Bern mit 140 Mitarbeitenden suchen wir einen qualifizierten dipl. Informatiker / IT\-Techniker HF/TS als System\-Administrator. Tätigkeitsgebiet

Nach einer gründlichen Einführung in unser Dienstleistungsgeschäft und unsere Infrastruktur stellen Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Zentralen IT in Zürich und unseren Mitarbeitenden am Standort den Support für die IT\-Infrastruktur (Desktop/Office, Server, ProxMox, CAx\-Systeme, Entwicklungsumgebung Labors, Kommunikation) am Standort Bern sicher. Schwerpunkte Ihrer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit sind:

  • Support für die Anwender (Software\-Entwickler, Ingenieure, Führungsteam)
  • Installation von Standard\-Applikationen via SCCM und Verwaltung von Installationen und Lizenzen für Fachapplikationen
  • Selbständige und flexible Bearbeitung von Problemen und Störungen
  • Budgetierung, Evaluation, Beschaffung, Installation, Konfiguration und Unterhalt von Hardware/Software zum Einsatz im Office, Labor und Sitzungszimmern
  • Sicherstellung des Betriebs der produktiven IT\-Infrastruktur (ProxMox, Clients, Server, Telefonanlage), inkl. Wartungsarbeiten an Randzeiten
  • Lokaler IT\-Support Level 1 und 2 inklusive Backup, Restore und Archivierung
  • Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit der Zentralen IT in Zürich (Level 3\) und mit anderen Geschäftszentren der Helbling Technik
  • Optional Mitarbeit in Projekten ( Testing oder Dokumentation für Produktentwicklungen)

Anforderung

  • Sie haben eine Lehre zum Informatiker EFZ absolviert und haben sich mittlerweile zum Dipl. IT\-Techniker\-HF/TS als System\-Administrator im Fachgebiet "IT\-Infrastruktur" weitergebildet oder sind in Ausbildung.
  • Sie bringen vertiefte IT\-Kenntnisse in Windows 11, Office 365 und Linux sowie allenfalls CAx Software oder Entwicklungstools (Visual Studio, Jira, Confluence, GIT etc.) mit.
