Engram är en Stockholmsbaserad AI-konsultverksamhet som hjälper företag inom offentlig sektor, finans, industri och tech att ta AI från idé till produktion.

Vi arbetar hands-on med våra kunder och bygger riktiga system - inte bara strategier, presentationer eller prototyper.

Om Rollen

Vi söker en AI-utvecklare med stark bakgrund inom mjukvaruutveckling och praktisk erfarenhet av moderna AI-system.

Du arbetar i kunduppdrag där du tar ansvar för att designa, bygga, integrera och driftsätta produktionsklara AI-lösningar: LLM-applikationer, RAG-system, AI-agenter och AI-driven automatisering integrerad i kundens befintliga processer och system.

Uppdragen är vanligtvis 3-12 månader och spänner över exempelvis interna AI-verktyg, dokumentförståelse (NLP/OCR), kundservice, agentbaserade system och AI-funktionalitet i centrala affärsapplikationer.

Vad du gör

  • Bygger och driftsätter produktionsklara AI-applikationer
  • Utvecklar lösningar med LLM, RAG, embeddings och semantisk sökning
  • Bygger AI-agenter med tool calling, MCP, orkestrering, state och guardrails
  • Utvecklar backend-tjänster och API, främst i Python/FastAPI; .NET eller Go i relevanta uppdrag
  • Integrerar AI med befintliga system, data, API och identitetslösningar
  • Bygger in evaluation, tracing, kvalitetsuppföljning och observability
  • Driftsätter och förvaltar lösningar i molnet, framför allt Azure
  • Arbetar nära kundens verksamhet och IT för att hitta rätt teknisk lösning och ta den hela vägen till produktion

Vad du tar med dig

  • Minst 4 års erfarenhet av professionell mjukvaruutveckling
  • Stark Python-kompetens (alternativt stark .NET eller Go)
  • Praktisk erfarenhet av att bygga LLM-baserade lösningar som nått produktion
  • Erfarenhet av RAG, embeddings, vektordatabaser eller semantisk sökning
  • Erfarenhet av AI-agenter, tool calling eller liknande agentarkitektur
  • God förståelse för API-design, backendutveckling och systemintegration
  • Erfarenhet av cloud, Docker och CI/CD
  • Förståelse för säkerhet, dataskydd och GDPR i AI-lösningar
  • Förmåga att självständigt driva tekniska lösningar end-to-end
  • Svenska och engelska

Meriterande

  • Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry eller Azure AI Search
  • MCP
  • TypeScript, .NET eller React
  • Kubernetes och infrastructure as code
  • Erfarenhet av evaluation frameworks, LLM tracing eller AI observability
  • AI gateways eller LLM proxies
  • Kunskapsgrafer eller semantisk informationsmodellering
  • Erfarenhet från offentlig sektor, finans eller andra reglerade miljöer
  • Klassisk ML eller MLOps
  • Erfarenhet av AI-drivna utvecklingsverktyg som Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot eller Codex

Du är i grunden en stark mjukvaruutvecklare som gått djupt inom AI.

Du gillar att bygga saker som fungerar i verkligheten och förstår att bra AI engineering handlar om mer än modellval och prompts. Data, integrationer, evaluation, säkerhet, observability och användarupplevelse är minst lika viktiga.

Du trivs med stort eget ansvar, kundkontakt och att komma in i en befintlig miljö och göra den bättre.
