## ADJOINT AU RESPONSABLE DE SITE (H/F) ## ​ VOTRE MISSION - Assister le responsable de production dans la planification, l'organisation et le suivi des activités de production - Coordonner le travail des équipes et contribuer à une utilisation optimale des ressources - Veiller au respect des délais, des exigences de qualité et des consignes de sécurité - Suivre les indicateurs de production et participer à l'analyse des écarts - Identifier les dysfonctionnements et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives en collaboration avec les services concernés - Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus, des méthodes de travail et de la productivité - Assurer le remplacement du responsable de production en son absence, selon les compétences et délégations définies

VOTRE PROFIL​ - Formation technique dans un domaine industriel, mécanique ou microtechnique avec connaissance de machines CNC et cames - Expérience dans un environnement de production industrielle, une expérience en management constitue un atout - Bonnes connaissances des processus de production et des exigences liées à la qualité - Capacité à organiser les activités, à gérer les priorités et à fidéliser une équipe - Esprit pratique, rigueur, autonomie et orientation solutions - A l'aise avec les outils informatiques
