POLISSEUR (H/F) ##

VOS RESPONSABILITES

Préparation des pièces - Analyser les plans, gammes de fabrication et exigences de finition - Identifier les matériaux à traiter (acier, titane, laiton, métaux précieux, céramique, etc.) - Contrôler l'état initial des composants avant polissage - Préparer les outillages, abrasifs et consommables adaptés

Opérations de polissage - Réaliser les opérations de pré-polissage manuel ou mécanique - Effectuer le polissage de précision sur des composants de petites dimensions - Travailler sur des surfaces complexes, fonctionnelles ou esthétiques - Garantir l'obtention des états de surface spécifiés (brillant, aspect, rugosité) - Maîtriser les opérations de blocage et de feutrage

Contrôle qualité - Préserver les cotes dimensionnelles et les géométries critiques - Respecter les tolérances micrométriques et éviter toute altération des surfaces fonctionnelles - Contrôler visuellement la qualité des surfaces - Détecter les défauts tels que rayures, piqûres, bavures ou marques d'usinage résiduelles - Effectuer les contrôles dimensionnels simples à l'aide des instruments adaptés - Valider la conformité des pièces selon les critères qualité définis - Signaler et isoler les non-conformités

Maintenance et organisation - Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements de polissage - Contrôler l'état des outils et consommables et procéder à leur remplacement si nécessaire - Maintenir un poste de travail propre, organisé et conforme aux règles de sécurité - Participer à la gestion des stocks de consommables liés au polissage

Amélioration continue - Participer à l'optimisation des méthodes et procédés de polissage - Proposer des améliorations visant à renforcer la qualité et la productivité - Collaborer avec les services qualité, méthodes et production pour résoudre les problématiques techniques - Accompagner et transmettre votre savoir-faire aux collaborateurs moins expérimentés

VOTRE PROFIL - Expérience confirmée dans le polissage de précision, idéalement dans les domaines de l'horlogerie, de la micromécanique, du médical ou du luxe - Excellente maîtrise des techniques de polissage manuel et mécanique - Bonne lecture de plans et compréhension des exigences de finition - Connaissance des différents matériaux et de leurs spécificités de traitement - Sens aigu du détail, de la qualité et de la précision - Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'équipe
