Als Mitarbeiter*in im Bereich Kunden- und Lieferantensupport sorgst Du mit Deiner sorgfältigen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise für reibungslose Abläufe in der Buchhaltung. Du unterstützt Dein Team, bringst Dich aktiv in die Optimierung von Prozessen ein und trägst mit Deinem vorausschauenden Denken zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei.

Über den Job

  • Erster Kontakt für telefonische und schriftliche Kunden- und Lieferantenanfragen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Sicherstellung einer zeitnahen Informationsverarbeitung für Rechnungsreklamationen, Zahlungsläufe und eingehende operative Anfragen
  • Unterstützung bei debitorischen und kreditorischen Buchhaltungsprozessen
  • Enge Abstimmung von Kundenaufträgen und -anfragen mit den operativen Bereichen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erkennung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungspotenzialen

Über Dich

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Microsoft Dynamics) wünschenswert
  • Verständnis von Angebots-, Auftrags- und Rechnungsprozessen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Kommunikationsstärke gegenüber Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Arbeiten im Team
