The Road Direct Load Domestic Supervisor oversees daily Domestic Direct Load operations, ensuring efficient transport execution, service excellence, and operational compliance. The role supervises frontline teams, optimizes domestic transport processes and carrier performance, and supports the achievement of operational, customer, and business objectives within the national Direct Load network.

Twoje Zadania:

  • Kompleksowe zarządzanie obszarem transportu krajowego FTL w oddziale
  • Kierowanie zespołem, organizację jego pracy oraz realizację wyznaczonych celów
  • Planowanie i realizację budżetu oraz monitorowanie wyników działu
  • Zapewnienie sprawnej i efektywnej organizacji transportów całopojazdowych
  • Rozwój współpracy z klientami oraz budowanie trwałych relacji biznesowych
  • Rozwój i utrzymywanie bazy przewoźników oraz negocjowanie warunków współpracy
  • Zapewnienie wysokiego standardu obsługi klienta
  • Optymalizację kosztów oraz doskonalenie procesów operacyjnych

Szukamy osoby, która:

  • Ma doświadczenie w obszarze transportu drogowego FTL
  • Posiada doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem
  • Bardzo dobrze zna rynek przewoźników i realia transportu krajowego
  • Potrafi skutecznie realizować cele biznesowe i brać odpowiedzialność za wyniki
  • Sprawnie podejmuje decyzje i rozwiązuje problemy
  • Potrafi dobrze organizować pracę swoją i zespołu
  • Ma wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne
  • Myśli analitycznie i potrafi działać w dynamicznym środowisku
