Über den Job

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von kaufmännischen Mitarbeitern in den Abteilungen Packmittel und Abrechnung
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats‑ und Jahresabschlüssen in Abstimmung mit dem Regionalcontrolling
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten Ladungsträgermanagements im europäischen Straßentransport (Packmittel)
  • Überwachung von Buchungsvorgängen, Tarifdaten (Abrechnung), Beständen, Umlauf, Verfügbarkeit und Buchungsqualität (Packmittel)
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse sowie Umsetzung von Standardisierungen und Automatisierungen
  • Mitarbeit Clearingabgleich und -abschluss & bei Sonderprojekten
  • Interne Kommunikation mit den Fachabteilungen, Anforderung fehlender Informationen/unterlagen zur Sicherstellung einer korrekten Parter/Unternehmerabrechnung
  • Unterstützung bei der Klärung von Differenzen mit Partnern & Unternehmern
  • Aufdecken von Optimierungspotenzialen in unseren Prozessen und Umsetzung wirksamer Maßnahmen auf Standortebene
  • Überwachung und Analyse der Performancedaten, Erstellung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Statistiken und Prognosen
  • Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Kosteneinsparung und Effizienzsteigerung und Implementierung gemeinsam mit dem Team vor Ort

Über Dich

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im kfm. Bereich
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
  • Sicheres und verbindliches Kommunikationsverhalten gegenüber Kunden, Kollegen und Partnern, Hohe Kompetenz in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen/externen Stakeholdern
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office (MS Excel, MS Acces und Power BI) und idealerweise Anwenderkenntnisse mit der HellAS
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (min. B2) in Wort und Schrift
