Über den Job

  • Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Führung der Bereiche Regionalverkehr, Regionalverkehr Administration, Nationale Strecke und Abfertigung
  • Du hast die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Bereichs
  • Die strategische Ausrichtung entlang der Gesamtunternehmensstrategie sowie die Planung und Steuerung des Verantwortungsbereichs liegt in Deinen Händen
  • Mit Deinem Know-How wirkst Du maßgeblich beim Aufbau von effizienten Arbeitsabläufen mit
  • Du verantwortest die Aufbereitung der täglichen Themen zur Prozessoptimierung und treibst effektive monetäre Einsparungen und Optimierungen voran
  • Du übernimmst die Betreuung und die Weiterentwicklung des Kundenstammes in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb
  • Du bildest die Schnittelle zwischen Operative und Geschäftsleitung sowie das Bindeglied für die Eingang- und Ausgangssteuerung
  • Desweiteren bist Du zuständig für die Kontrolle und die strikte Einhaltung von Regularien (z.B. Arbeitssicherheit)

Über Dich

  • Du bist ein Allrounder im Bereich Landverkehr und willst Deine bisherigen Erfahrungen unter Beweis stellen
  • Du hast Deine speditionelle Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Road mit Schwerpunkt Stückgut
  • Du bringst fundierte Führungserfahrung mit und hast diese idealerweise in Aufbau- bzw. Veränderungsprozessen bereits eingebracht
  • Deine Kenntnisse im Bereich Kennzahlen und betriebliche Auswertungen sind versiert
  • Du arbeitest zielorientiert und strukturiert und bringst die Themen auf den Punkt
  • Du bist belastbar und kommunikationsstark im Innen- und Außenverhältnis
  • Team- und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln stehen für Dich im Fokus, dabei bleibst Du gewissenhaft und gehst Entscheidungen proaktiv an
  • Du zeigst ein souveränes Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie grundsätzliche Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
  • Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute IT-Kenntnisse vorzuweisen
