Als Senior Product Owner Regionalverkehr verantwortest Du die digitale Produktentwicklung rund um den Regionalverkehr im Stückgut. Als Teil von HeRo, unserem neuen Transport Management System, stehen die Abfertigung und die Tourrückmeldung im Fokus: von der Planung und Beladung der Touren über die Fahrerkommunikation bis zur lückenlosen Rückmeldung von Zustellungen und Abholungen.

» Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du erforschst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team Nutzerprobleme nicht nur am Schreibtisch, sondern auch direkt vor Ort in der Halle und mit den operativen Kollegen, und leitest daraus relevante Features für Deine Product Roadmap ab
  • Du identifizierst gezielt Use Cases, in denen KI echten Mehrwert schafft, und bringst diese mit Deinem Team in die Umsetzung
  • Du arbeitest selbst aus Überzeugung mit den Möglichkeiten von KI und treibst mit Deinem Team eine KI-gestützte Entwicklung voran, von der Discovery über die Spezifikation bis hin zum Rollout
  • Du beherrschst die gesamte Klaviatur des agilen Produktmanagements aus dem Effeff. Epics ohne Impact schaffen es bei Dir nicht auf die Roadmap
  • Du agierst nach Bedarf als Stratege und Stakeholder Manager. Vor allem aber hilfst Du Deinem Team, pragmatisch und schnell Deliverables mit spürbarem Outcome zu shippen
  • Du bist Teil eines Teams von positiven, begeisterungsfähigen und seniorigen Persönlichkeiten, die andere motivieren und inspirieren

» Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und beherrschst das digitale Produktmanagement für komplexe Webanwendungen und/oder mobile Apps
  • Du hast Freude daran, ein senioriges crossfunktionales Team mit ruhiger Hand und viel gegenseitigem Vertrauen zu führen
  • Du bist neugierig auf KI, hast idealerweise schon Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Produkten oder Entwicklungsprozessen und Lust, neue Tools auszuprobieren und produktiv einzusetzen
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte soziale Fähigkeiten und kommunizierst empathisch und auf Augenhöhe
  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit mit und schreckst nicht davor zurück, alte Denkweisen und Muster zu hinterfragen und neu, vor allem digital, zu denken
  • Du hast Lust auf Logistik. Erfahrung im Stückgut, in der Speditionsabwicklung oder in angrenzenden Bereichen ist ein klares Plus
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und kommunizierst sicher und souverän sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
