.De Warehouse Operator (Marine Solutions) zorgt voor efficiënte, betrouwbare en vooruitstrevende activiteiten binnen het magazijn. Door een veilige en georganiseerde omgeving te handhaven, draagt deze functie bij aan het algehele succes van de logistieke activiteiten.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Het ontvangen, inslaan, verzamelen en verzenden van goederen
  • Het controleren van de bijgevoegde vrachtdocumenten, zoals vrachtbrieven, inslaglijsten, orderverzamellijsten en verzendlijsten
  • Het uitvoeren van controlewerkzaamheden
  • Administratieve afhandelen van vrachtdocumenten, zoals ondertekenen (indien daartoe bevoegd), afgeven van juiste documenten aan de chauffeurs en in ontvangst nemen van documenten en deze in de administratie opnemen
  • Het verzorgen van diverse ondersteunende handelingen
  • Schoonhouden van de eigen werkomgeving, opruimen van verpakkingsmateriaal e.d.
  • Onderhouden van het rijdend materieel (controle en dagelijks onderhoud)
  • Signaleren en waar mogelijk oplossen van geconstateerde afwijkingen en informeren van betrokkenen
  • Verrichten van periodieke tellingen, vastleggen van aantallen op daarvoor bestemde formulieren
  • Voorkomen, signaleren van gebreken aan toegewezen hulpmiddelen/apparatuur
  • Controleren op zichtbare schade van inkomende en uitgaande goederen
  • Bereid zijn om alle aangeboden cursussen te volgen
  • Alle overige voorkomende werkzaamheden welke noodzakelijk zijn binnen de organisatie

Over jou

  • Bezit B-rijbewijs, geldig heftruck en reachtruck certificaat
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse in woord en geschrift
  • Flexibel en klantgericht
  • Teamspeler, zelfstanding werken en samenwerken
  • Verantwoordelijkheid ten aanzien van veiligheid
  • Getting the job done and ‘can do’ mentaliteit en houding
  • (Technisch) inzicht in de werking van hulpmiddelen
  • Bereid zijn om alles aan te pakken, lost de voorkomende dagelijkse problemen zelf op
  • Controleren van de eigen werkzaamheden
  • Werken volgens vaste procedures, voert de nodige controles uit, pakt zelf nieuwe werkzaamheden op
  • VMBO- werk- en denkniveau
  • Een geldig Heftruck, Reachtruck en/of Elektrische Pallettruck (EPT) is een pluspunt

Werktijden

  • Ochtendienst 07:00-15:15
  • Dagdienst 10:00-18:15
