Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Operations & Supply Chain Management unterstützt du unseren europäischen Operations-Leiter im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bei strategischen Themen. Dabei erhältst du einen umfassenden Einblick in die Steuerung eines international aufgestellten Logistikunternehmens und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Ländern zusammen.

Neben deiner Tätigkeit als persönlicher Assistent übernimmst du eigenständig kleinere Projekte im Bereich Prozessmanagement und Supply Chain. Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung pragmatischer Lösungen.

Die Position kann entweder in unserer Zentrale in Osnabrück, oder remote deutschlandweit besetzt werden.

Über den Job

  • ​ Unterstützung des europäischen Operations-Leiters im operativen und organisatorischen Tagesgeschäft
  • Vorbereitung und Aufbereitung von Meetings, Präsentationen, Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Terminen, Aufgaben und Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit verschiedenen europäischen Standorten und Fachbereichen
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung kleinerer Projekte im Bereich Prozessmanagement und Supply Chain
  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Kennzahlen sowie Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen und operativen Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Prozessdokumentationen und Präsentationen

Über Dich

  • Laufendes Studium, idealerweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude an der Arbeit mit Daten und Prozessen
  • Eigeninitiative sowie die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben selbstständig voranzutreiben
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Interesse an Logistik, Operations und internationalen Geschäftsprozessen
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Logistik, Supply Chain, Projektmanagement oder Prozessmanagement sind von Vorteil
