Als Senior Workforce Capacity Planner stellst du sicher, dass unsere Produktionskapazitäten und Personalressourcen optimal auf den geplanten Produktionsbedarf abgestimmt sind. Du übersetzt Produktionsvolumen und Forecasts in konkrete Produktions-, Kapazitäts- und Personalpläne und sorgst dafür, dass die richtigen Mitarbeitenden zur richtigen Zeit mit den benötigten Qualifikationen verfügbar sind.

Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der mittel- und kurzfristigen Produktionsplanung sowie der Personal- und Kapazitätsplanung. Du erkennst frühzeitig Engpässe, bewertest unterschiedliche Planungsszenarien und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den operativen Teams Lösungen, um unsere Produktionsziele zuverlässig zu erreichen.

Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Production, Workforce Planning und weiteren relevanten Schnittstellen zusammen und schaffst eine belastbare Planungsgrundlage für einen effizienten Produktionsablauf.

Dein Verantwortungbereich

  • Produktionsplanung: Du erstellst und optimierst Produktionspläne auf Basis von Forecasts und Produktionsanforderungen.
  • Personalplanung: Du leitest den Personalbedarf aus Produktionsvolumen, Schichtmodellen und Produktivitätskennzahlen ab und stimmst ihn mit den verfügbaren Ressourcen ab.
  • Kapazitätsplanung: Du analysierst Produktionskapazitäten, erkennst Engpässe frühzeitig und entwickelst Lösungen zur optimalen Auslastung.
  • Performance & Optimierung: Du analysierst Plan-Ist-Abweichungen und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Planung und Produktivität.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du koordinierst dich mit Production, Workforce Planning und weiteren Schnittstellen, um eine verlässliche und umsetzbare Planung sicherzustellen.

Dein Profil

  • 3–5+ Jahre Erfahrung in Production Planning, Resource Planning, Scheduling oder Workforce Management, idealerweise in einem dynamischen, volumenstarken Umfeld wie Manufacturing, FMCG oder E-Commerce.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kapazitätsplanung, Ressourcensteuerung und operative Zusammenhänge.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du kannst komplexe Daten und Abhängigkeiten analysieren und daraus klare, umsetzbare Entscheidungen ableiten.
  • Du hast eine hands-on Mentalität und Freude daran, operative Herausforderungen nicht nur zu analysieren, sondern konkrete Lösungen umzusetzen.
